I have a feeling the Witness will be a PS Plus game some month this year.

I haven't owned a system in years, but all of this hoopla about the Nintendo Switch and the momentum from Pokemon Go and Super Mario Run had me feeling nostalgic for Wind Waker and Paper Mario, two of my favorite games that for some reason I still own. I decided to pickup a GameCube at wind a used gaming store the other day for a price I was willing to pay. I guess I'm not a huge gamer, or rather, I'm just that big of a Wind Waker fan that I can say that this setup is all I'll ever need. Underrated system and fantastic controller. Anyone else still have this bad boy?

I will always have a place in my heart for the Gamecube. Metroid Prime, Sunshine, the Wavebird, Rogue Squadron, Pikmin, Wind Waker, Resident Evil 4...wonderful.

Eleven year wounds still have not healed after the havoc that FIFA '06 wreaked on a former apartment unit I shared with a couple of dudes.

Haha, I still have a notebook at my childhood home filled with scores of the Tiger Woods 2004 duals between my dad and I.

Nice. What was your best round?

We were shooting crazy scores in the low 50s and high 40s even. I can't remember the best round. We played all kinds of formats too.

I pre-ordered one, but I might sell it. I'm waiting for more information about the virtual console, online infrastructure, etc. I would also really like a new version of Super Mario Maker. If they announce that I will sell my Wii U and games instead.

This Resident Evil 7 review has piqued my interest. I haven't played one since RE2, but this sounds promising. I think LV may be intrigued too.

Dude, you need to play RE4. It is a classic. There is a good HD version on the PS Store.

I'd rank them as:
RE:4
RE:5
RE:Code Veronica
RE:2
RE:3
RE:6
RE:1
4 is by far the best. Highly recommended. I would recommend the Wii version. I never played RE:0.

Is RE:4 available on PS4 in any format?

Yea, I searched the PS store after MD's recommendation. It's a $20 download.

Oh shit, I played that game on pills once and felt like I was playing an over-the-shoulder game over my own shoulder. I had totally forgotten that, it was kinda terrifying.

It has been on sale several times over the past two months too.

Found an NES Classic yesterday while killing time. Also found a Bayonetta 2 with Bayonetta 1 in the same store.
And it wasn't even a K-Mart.

Nice! I heard there were some stores getting shipments this week. I'm still on the lookout for one.

The Switch is straight fucking trash. Expensive. Super small amount of games. Basically no third party support and a 32 gig hard drive.
What a fucking joke.
