I did a video analyzing the snippet and showing how it was a return to form but also spoke to albums like Riot Act and Binaural and while i was uploading it to youtube the truth came out

Yeah this is the most likely scenario. This tracks with the rumour that Andrew Watt was bringing in outside songwriters. No different to what bands like Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and Maroon 5 do.

I think the music in this truck commercial is one of the unfinished Soundgarden songs that the band and Chris Cornell's widow have been fighting about
