i'll probably make pasta
should i put all of the seasoning on at first? the heat might keep me from grilling anyway
yes
should i put the seasoning on both sides and flip it or should i hold it over the flame myself constantly rotating?
are you grilling breasts?
well, breast tenders...i'm going to cut them up once done and serve with nacho chips, cheese, lettuce, and salsa
season then throw them on the grill...just a couple minutes per side if they're pretty thin only turning once
yeah i'm not sure how thin they are...mostly joking above, but really drying them out is my biggest concern
are you using propane or charcoal?
propane
just keep it at about 350..it only take a few minutes..take them off a bit before you think they're done..theyll finish cooking on a cutting board after about 5 minutes resting
it's so hot here though, rr
su*k it up you pussy..also, since you're having chicken, throw a waffle on them nachos
don't be weird...did you golf today?

Chicken nachos sounds great. As long as the chicken isn't dry, and the dish isn't overrun with salsa.

Bought something almost identical to this meal today:

My mother makes it from scratch, but I feel that would be too much effort and food for one person.
