In this access anything almost instantly age, do you find it difficult to really commit to focusing on things? Like deep dives on whatever that occupy the a lot of your available time. Or do you think that dynamic is still more grounded in personal characteristics?

My attention span has definitely taken a hit in the last few years.

I have found it difficult to focus on things recently, but it's because of stress and exhaustion, not being able to "access anything."

I've definitely been stressed out lately because of the grind, so I don't really have time for reading or any kind of long form info anyway. But the constant stream of easily accessible KNAWledge (and brainrot) doesn't help.
