Stopped at the local butcher and picked up some sausages. This guy is brilliant. This is exciting to have living in a town like Vail.

Sorry. We dont have nice things like this in town. Its too touristy and fake. We got a local butcher actually down in Edwards. He is brilliant. Amazing cuts, knows a shit ton, super helpful and has great meal advice. Super affordable. He also is connected with the non evil koch brother who helps supply him with wagyu beef (apparently); which is absolutely amazing.

I dont know why i dont pick up all my meats from him everyday.
