Thanks to Fuzzcharger for posting this on Facebook. The live version of Link Wray's "Rumble" is way heavier than the studio take. It's like a straight-up sludge metal song.

Yeah, obviously "Rumble" isn't a metal song. I was just remarking on how heavy and sludgy the guitar on that version sounds in contrast with the famous studio cut
