Was gonna hit the range after work but it’s 110° and the geniuses designed the facility to face west.

My cousin played a pro-am today at Firestone. Today he was matched up with Ernie ells. Said he was very nice and interacted a lot

38-40 today. Was most excited about the 4 up and downs. my chipping game has been in the shitter the last couple of years, felt good to get a few under my belt and start building some confidence

43 and a 52. Back nine I completely screwed the pooch. Miss hits cost me at least 5 strokes

Putting was solid as were my drives.

On my drives I gripped tighter and that seemed to straighten things out

Of all golf shots, chipping requires the most amount of confidence. Nice work.

I played a few weeks ago while not feeling well and the back nine was my best golf in years. I either tied or beat my friend on 4 holes, and he usually destroys me. My drives were subpar, but my irons were better than they’ve been in awhile - ie they went in the air.
