The part where they beat up Lenny Kravitz is pretty good

One more book. Two more films (yet to be released).

A movie called Dark Space. It had one star on Netflix, so I had to watch. So bad, and not in a good way. Loathed will love it.

Its essentially a ripoff of AvP, complete with knockoff predators and aliens. I wish I was joking. Its right up your wheelhouse.

but it has animal aliens AND invisible dudes! and dumb teenagers (played by thirty year olds) caught in the middle!

My favorite part is when the Hudson knockoff recites the previous scene (aliens attack and kill one of the party) to the rest of the party as if they weren't there. Of course, they were there, right next to him in fact, and saw everything he describes. They pretend that he is giving them new information. Its some bizarre editing fail.

In another scene an unconscious girl with a severely broken and infected leg (we're talking bone protruding out of the skin here) manages to sneak past an alien despite them both being in a tiny, one room ship with only one door. She then runs out into the woods and surprises her friend, who moments before was standing right outside the ship yelling "hello" and making no attempt to conceal himself. The killer alien completely misses both of them until they run back in the ship and close the door.

The unconscious girl with the bone protrusion in her leg runs?

Um... I know what you are getting at, but basically yes. Obviously she wakes up, but its the only time she's awake until near the end. She wakes up only to run out of the ship, then run back into the ship. Then she goes back to sleep. The only thing keeping her leg together is a small bandage.

Oh, and she is asleep because she was given tranquilizers to "keep the infection from spreading to her brain".

Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Why do I keep subjecting myself to these insufferable Marvel movies? Ugh.
