Yeah it’s fun to experiment. Just find a base recipe and try different things. I don’t bother anymore though because my neighbor makes his own and it’s way better than anything i ever came up with

I am embarrassed to admit that I only just found out chipotle isn't a variety of pepper, it's just a red ripened and smoke-dried jalapeño.
