what is the requirement to be able challenge a same-party incumbent president to a primary?
do you have to already be an elected official?
or can just some (rich) republican private sector guy challenge him?

so then why does it matter if Larry Hogan does it or Hulk Hogan?
What does it take to make Trump's de facto status as the GOP nominee not be a given?
What if Hulk Hogan challenges him but then Trump doesn't show up to the debate?
How can he unseat him?

How would delegate voting assignment work when there is an incumbent?
Does the GOP even conduct presidential primary voting when their president is running for re-election?
How does Hulk Hogan get on the ballot / convince states to hold GOP primary voting?

I guess the claim doesn't dispute that she was born in the US, but that since her parents were not citizens, she is not eligible to be president.
