It's a bit. They do it as a laugh to freak out everyone else in the restaurant. They'll be dying laughing the whole ride home

I like to order the dark roast at Starbucks. SOP is that I order it. They tell me that don't have any brewed and offer me a Pike's Place blend. I say no and ask for a pour over.

Several times now, at different Starbucks, this has happened to me. I order the dark roast either through the app or in person, they don't have the dark roast, so they just do nothing. Today I walked up 15 minutes after ordering in person, and they had just done nothing. No one made a pour over. No one came and asked me what I wanted. They just let me sit there like a dumb ass waiting an a drink that wasn't being made.

What’s a pour over?

They make a single cup. Takes 5 minutes or so, instead of just pulling brewed coffee out of the decanter.

Not a hatred, but people that walk with their arms stiffly by their side are deeply disturbing to me.
