Fair point about GoT. It did bother me then as well, particularly in House of Dragon, but that had more to do with how young Milly Alcock looks, if I’m being honest. I think I was able to get past it because of the fantasy genre. Also, the closest it resembled life here is old timey European royalty, and they buggered each other regularly for their bloodline so it seemed somehow historically accurate despite being fantasy. White Lotus is modern. It just feels way different to me.

I don’t think the gay accusation is fair. I enjoyed the first two seasons of this show. I seem to remember the tour director in season one with his face buried in the pool boy’s ass. I don’t give a shit about the gayness. It’s not for me, but it doesn’t bother me morally. Incest does. That’s all.

I was just joking around with that post. You're obviously not weird for being bothered by incest. It's hardwired into our brains to be disgusted by it, which the show exploits for shock value. But The White Lotus is also largely a black comedy, so even if it's probably trying to make some sort of point about learned projections of hyper-sexual masculinity in young men (or whatever the fuck), it's also often pretty silly and funny.
