Chinese White Chicken.
Poach the chicken then tear into fine strips. Steam some rice. Gently heat some rice bran oil with lots of finely chooped spring onions and ginger. Let the oil infuse but never boil. Add salt to taste.
Serve with Bok Choy (or any asian greens) with a dash of Sesame Oil. Traditionally it's used as a dipping sauce but we just pour it all over the chicken and rice.

good suggestions..thank you...I'm looking at one in the oven instead of frying pan now..came across a chicken parm (thanks mary) that involves dijon mustard and breadcrumbs/Panko...I also just made a marinade for broccolini..

So we had a bunch of leftover frozen French fries (already cooked) because my kid had some friends over and he made too many. They make the best hash browns. A little olive oil in a fry pan crisps them up nicely. I mixed in some goat cheese at the end and topped it with an over easy egg. Good stuff.

it turned out so good 2 weeks ago that I'm going to make zucchini pasta again tonight but this time with spicy lamb sausage

mix flour, butter, pepper, salt, warm milk. A lot of sharp cheddar cheese. Mix in elbow noodles. Put in large baking dish. Layer with bacon bits, tomato slices, and a layer of this six blend italian cheese I buy. Put it in the oven for 30 min on 375.
