Dude, High by the Beach is becoming one of my all time favorites by her. Seriously, I'd put it in contention for one of the best of the year, if not the young decade, so far. I can't get enough of it.

Myk Freedman - Myk Freedman Plays Saint Dirt
It's exactly what the title says it is. Myk Freedman playing solo acoustic guitar arrangements of sixteen tunes from his two songbooks written for the Saint Dirt Elementary School band. It's a fun little album, touching on folk, jazz, and pop throughout.

really been digging the Wolf Alice album. didn't expect to after hearing one of the songs off the radio a few times, but the whole thing is pretty solid

Very much deserved press these days. Amazingly, the only local record store in my area did not order the album. Cant wait for next Friday's show.
