I read Duff's book. It's very much about Duff and his struggles. Very little to nothing about process and next to nothing negative is said about anyone. He was just bummed Axl couldn't show up on time and left. He's very honest about his own shit but he doesn't really talk any shit which is a nice quality in a friend but doesn't really make for an interesting read. Slash's book was more fun I think I might read it again.
