Probably both. But I'm fine with too little so long as I have some coverage on each bite. I think my problem is I'm trying to spread while it sits on the plate. I need to pick each half up and spread that way

they're very good. the outside is spot on, but the inside is more like bread than bagel (used bread flour). i'll have to research a different type flour for the next batch - any ideas?tragabigzanda wrote:damn spike, those look great
