Re: The Running Thread
There is no way I wasn't exposed to COVID-19 (at minimum) by those guys. My basement still smells like them.

Re: The Running Thread
Lots of "joggers" and dog trotters out there.
I just move to the other side of the road. Does anyone spit phlegm occasionally while running? I feel like that's against the rules right now and am trying to restrain myself.

Yeah I've been trying not to spit as much.
The treadmill is a ProForm. Nothing fancy, just the ~$900 version on Amazon. It's still in the box in my basement, crawling with covid.

We have a Lifespan. It makes horrible noises for the first few minutes but gets the job done I guess.

I spat today. It was in the woods but I still felt bad.

Re: The Running Thread
Spitting in the woods shouldn’t be a problem at all. I too spit and blow my nose when I run. But I do try to do it when there is no one around.

Re: The Running Thread
I fucking bit it hard today on my run. In mile four, this couple was walking down the middle of the paved path, not being courteous/cognizant of the 6 ft guideline AT ALL. So, I moved from the main paved path to the side, toward the street, which is all brick. I moved around a small tree and my left foot caught a displaced brick. I fell flat on my face. Scrapped my right palm really good (even with gloves on). Bashed my right knee into the brick (had to limp/run for a mile before it eased up and stopped throbbing). My face even touched the brick a bit.
I ran home (total of seven miles) and immediately showered. Scrubbed my body/face. Even washed the running clothes I was wearing.
Pray for me.

Re: The Running Thread
Not that I know of. But who knows what the fuck was on the ground/brick/concrete? There wasn't any fresh spit or sweat that I saw. But this shit can live on surfaces for two weeks. Please sign my petition to get Disney to drop all of TCW final season now! I don't want to die not knowing how Ahsoka won the Siege of Mandalore...

Re: The Running Thread
Man, I’ve not watched an episode of it since I tried to get thru the 3rd episode. It was SO boring and I can’t get myself pumped enough to go back.durdencommatyler wrote:wease wrote:RIP Joe
