First rewatch since release. I appreciate McDormand and Malkovich a lot more now than I did then. Just phenomenal actors. The latter might be the most convincing asshole in cinema history. He's magnetic. And Clooney is genuinely hilarious! I completely forgot he could act once upon a time.

Such a killer movie. Might have to rewatch every Coen bros film now.

The lens flares in Disclosure Day were out of control. It was enough to make even J.J. Abrams blush

It's weird that Spielberg started copying someone who was copying him.

I watched masters of the universe

It was much bettter than I expected. Leto was not nearly “jokerish” as I expected and the background of the whole thing was well handled.

I saw this in a theater last year with a friend who had never seen it. And I remembered liking upon OG release but it was even better than I'd remembered, too. It's a great movie. And the entire cast brings it. Totally agree.

Only two more movies this week, in my quest to complete the topp 1000 canon from theyshootpictures.com. 2xPasolini, his early films Accattone and Mamma Roma. Both equally great.

I'm sorry to disappoint with my numbers, but in my defense I'm doing this stupid zoom thing eight hours a week to prepare for this fucking dumbass civil service test I'm taking in a couple months.

240 to go. I can do it, just need to buckle down better in the winter months. Summer isn't peak movie time

I was worried you weren't going to make it, but this is a fair point.
