What absolute nonsense this is. It doesn’t even work if you ignore or are unaware of the fact that he’s been spreading ‘racist, bigoted antisemitic memes, screenshots, graphs, charts, unsourced narratives, tropes, and buzzwords’ since he took over Twitter. He’s called for the Neo Nazi AFD to take over government in Germany and is said to be funding a lot of Neo Nazi groups around Europe. He’s been promoting them on Twitter.

Again you’re either unaware of all that or ignoring it but the Nazi salute didn’t happen in isolation (the two Nazi salutes. He did it twice). And it clearly was a Nazi salute.
To pretend it wasn’t is deluded in the extreme.
