Struggling with "The Terror" season 2. It's not working very well.

Watched the first 3 eps of "I'm Sorry" last night. Hilarious. I think I'm gonna end up loving the holy fuck out of this show.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Got one episode left of The Boys S1. Haven’t had this much fun binging a series in a while.

I'm glad to see Jason Bateman finally give an Emmy acceptance speech but I never would have guess his first would be for directing.

I had never heard of it until the nominations were announced.

First season ended in a very cool way. Second season was just boring.

Season 3 of The Deuce has been really good. My wife & I seem to be the only ones still fully on board with it.

It's really good. Great characters. Not sure about the overall plot yet, but it's getting better.
The show is uneven but I like it ok. Surprised there are three seasons considering I had never heard of it.

Finished the first season of The Man in the High Castle. I like how Hitler is in a high castle there at the end. Makes you think.

A lot of the tension in the show was undercut by the knowledge that there are several more seasons to come and they're not going to do anything too drastic to the main characters. I mean, even my wife commented that the people in the resistance pretty much suck at their job because they always let these two idiots get away with whatever every time. At least the episode description for the first episode of S2 seems to show that course reversing itself.

The weird cliffhanger ending with Shang Tsung in the square was poorly setup though. I hope there's something to show for it in season two.

Keep with it. Season two has some ups and downs, but season 3 is pretty good.

Also, I just read that season 4 is the last one, and will be available November 15. That's cool.

So, spoilers for season 1?
Spoiler: show
I get the idea that there are many alternate versions of events just from the facts of the three films we are exposed to in the show, but is the mechanism for the films explained eventually? And does it have anything to do with Hitler's fascination with the occult? because that would be a cool real-world tie-in.
