I have no idea how this thought keeps coming up that Aleppo has been a spec on the windshield of human history until now. That just seems like classic 'merica arrogance. Confused.

You must have some super smart friends. Until 2016, my friends only spoke of Aleppo as the origin of a particular type of chile pepper.
