I’ve only fired a gun maybe 3 times in my life. I did hit the targets (aluminum cans) pretty consistently though.

In other news, will San Jose find anyone willing to underwrite a liability policy for gun owners? Not sure on the specifics, but it'll be between a few dollars a month to uninsurable with nothing inbetween.
In a gimme to those opposing this new reg, the city also requires a payment to an NGO as well.

If the purpose of bail is to ensure the defendant's appearance in court, how is it served by having random bail funds post the bail? Do the bail funds at least have a requirement to assign someone locally to keep tabs on the defendant and provide them transportation like bail bondsmen do?simple schoolboy wrote:
