To be fair, Reid, this happened at a place that you recommended to me. So I'm not sure what to believe.

I recommended that place you had bad service at because they have 200+ taps and killer wild game meats and pickled things. It's not super surprising you got a pretentious greet, unfortunately.

I recommended Grackle and White Horse because they're places you can get a good beer and be left alone to the good music and atmosphere while you build up a buzz and think about food truck hopping.

and while eating at salt lick, i sat next to and old guy at the picnic table seating that struck up a conversation with me about country music..he gave me a buffalo nickel money clip that i use today

We're heading to one of the local breweries for St. Paddy's tonight. There won't be any green beer thank goodness.

Was this Bangers? Gingerman? Both those places have a ton of taps.

Ruddo, let me know next time you're in town and I'll recommend some more stuff. Especially if you like Asian food or tacos.

Panhead Blacktop Oat Stout was the pick of the bunch. Tuatara American Dark Ale was average. Too much emphasis on packaging perhaps.
