binaural’s got its moments, but its the highest concentration of bottom tier songs in their catalog.

And I assume everyone.

I remember listening to Binaural for the first time... and Breakerfall and Gods' Dice were both, let's say lacking. But I remember hearing Evacuation and being like, 'here we go, this is more like it!' And the rest of the record was good to great.

So, no. Evacuation is awesome, stip. Sorry 'bout it.

I thought I was the only one who had this experience.

I like Gods' Dice a lot now, to be clear - but Evacuation is top 10 material.

It took a little while for me to warm up to "Evacuation." I was like what is this, what are they doing? It's like a punky kinda song but it sounds like chunks of it have broken off? It's got two bridges, both of them kinda spooky? What's this malformed, angry little song? And then I got it

I think the only songs I flat out skip on the albums are Stupid Mop and Future Days. The rest I might rag on but I am in for the album listen.

gods dice is the #1 (somewhat realistic) song i'm hoping to hear at my upcoming shows.

(but any binaural will do)

My car has an affinity for Hey Foxymophandlemama, That's Me when it is set to shuffle, queued up last week on the commute in and worked pretty damn well with the dark only starting to be taken over by the dawn.

Future Days is not on the drive.
