Felt dead during a quick 4 miler before dinner tonight. Just exhausted. I had also just banged my wife. Surprisingly, my pace was faster than it has been recently.

oh i know, i'm not frustrated or anything...the biggest thing for me is i put the scale away...i'm going to stick to a year end goal of the weight i want to be at...after that, depending on the weight i'm at, i think i want to try to maintain a 7 pound range....basically, i want to eat crappy more often

what were the numbers? doesn't matter if you improve on your numbers. all that matters is you grind.

I did my classic 12km.
I ran my fastest 10km like 10 days ago and can't even touch it now. it's weird.

i don't want to say because i'm still convinced my tracker isn't accurate...plus my walk then run routine was likely pretty different...i feel like i was able to run more without stopping to walk thursday
i did go like 50 seconds shorter, and the tracker said i went .01 kilometers less than i did thursday

I have had a really hard time running since I broke my leg last year. Tried the treadmill several times. One mile is about my limit.

no with stopping. I'm sure I walked 3 or 4 times on my 12km run tonight.

maybe i'm just tired, but i'm not following what you're asking
i alternated walking and running when i felt like it...total distance was 7.56 kilometers (but i don't think that's accurate)

I'm saying don't worry about stopping. If you ran/walked 7.5 just tell us you did 7.5 and the time it took.
