It's not. I have a condition called cervical dystonia, which basically means I have limited control over my neck muscles. The injections weaken the more disobedient muscles.

It's been going on since I was 16 so I'm pretty much used to it now. It can make it easy to pull muscles though, so I have to make sure to stretch properly.
