i finished the last of that yesterday for lunch.

last night, i had a black bean burger (patty only), and roasted cauliflower and radishes.

I might make some mac & cheese tonight.

I actually don't know the English word for cochinita or pibil. It's just how it is on takeout menus. I know the dish as that.

Anyway, it's sloppy juicy tender pork seasoned with peppers and such. Totopos are chips.

Might Google it later once I have a chance to cool down.
