the final big training run (26.2) before the 50k is this friday. feeling pretty beat up right now. have a feeling it's gonna be brutal. i need goggins running alongside me carrying a tractor tire and calling me a bitch.

don't worry about the running to walking ratio so much. don't overthink it at all. just push as much as you can! it takes a long time to make serious gains in this sport. honestly my pace has never really changed in 5 years. I just keep adding distance.

yeah i'm not that frustrated...more than anything i just wish i could get done more quickly and obviously running more would help with that
