Sooo... the end of Dark doesn’t really live up to the build up. It leaves more than half its threads hanging. Presumably for a follow up season? Worth watching anyways.

Using snail-mail to deliver digital products. Genius.

Saw those on Crackle, they are fun!
Netflix has taken the 9 seasons and put them into 4 "collections." They are all out of order, and I'm having trouble keeping the time in my head.
It's not really a big problem, until I think stuff like,
- Was Letterman retired when he did this?
- Did we know about Cosby when he said that?
Or there's one where Tina Fey mentions Louis CK, and they show a clip from a previous episode featuring LCK, but that episode doesn't show up until 2 "collections" later.

Watched the first two in the first collection over the weekend. Fun is a great word to describe it.

Really enjoying season 2 of the crown.
Do we know at all how much of this is based in fact and how much fictitious/dramatic licence?

Watching it too. Mostly it's fact though there are some changes here and there. I just wonder sometimes with shows like this (and movies like Dunkirk, even) where you have a fantastic history already there for you and you still need to make stuff up.

Hearing great things about Altered Carbon.
Would it be better to read the books before watching the series I wonder

Just because your generation is afraid to go out doesnt mean everyone is LV.

It's not that at all. At this point, Netflix is cheaper, easier, and offers better picture quality. I'm thrilled we're getting legit movies like Bright and The Irishman through such a convenient delivery system.

For some movies I agree. I would hate for everything to go in that direction however.

Saw the trailer for that before Justice League. Is that a weird NIN remix in it, or did they just put some of Trent's lyrics at the end for no reason?

I really want to finish Ozark but my wife is never in the mood for it. I’d just go for it with four episodes left but she’s actually into the story and I’d feel bad. It’s like Netflix blue balls at this point.

That same thing happened with me and my wife and HBO's The Night Of. I still haven't finished it.

I think at a certain point you’re okay to finish it by yourself. Like, if it’s been over a month and you both have started and finished multiple series since you stated the one on haitus.
