Yeah, those sequences have a CGI backdrop, but it's certainly not egregious or distracting. And the final section of that battle is on a practical set.

Minimized cgi or not, I find it distracting. Like not super duper bad, but kinda like being in an office sitting under florescent lights all day.

I could see that. Just seems like an odd scene to pick on, especially considering how much more extreme it is in 2 and 3. In any case, it's never bothered me there; I adore that whole portion of the movie.

If it makes you feel any better, I pick on every scene from the prequels. I find them all equally bad.

I didnt care about any of the bad boys in the prequels. Maul looked cool at first but then just looked ridiculous, also there was no depth to the character. I didnt fear him. he just moved really fast and had bad make up.

Who was the bad guy in the second? Dooku? Man, what a missed opportunity there.

Grievous? Sorry, ruddo. When the bad guy looks like a video game i dont care.

No worries. It takes a lot of trials and life lessons to acquire the sophisticated tastes that I have. I understand everyone else's hate for him.

Team LV on the Menace battle sequences. They were the best of the prequels.

the last time i watched episode 1 ( not sure how long ago it was ) i remember Darth Maul being bad ass and still very upset that he wouldnt be around for other movies. as far as the fight scenes go, they may be a ton of CGI but they are way more fast paced then in the original trilogy so i was usually pretty into them.

The best order is definitely 4, 5, 6. The prequels will become even less necessary in the next few years, as chances are that the upcoming films will ignore them almost entirely.

of all the characters in the prequels, I think Dooku had the most potential.

However, Chopper in Rebels has more personality than the entire lot of them combined.

The speed of the fights are what took me out of them. The luke/vader fight in ROTJ is still awesome. EMOTION

The vader/luke duel in empire is th best one. But Dooku and anakin in attack of the clones isn't bad, the movie is terrible, but i liked dooku, he would of been awesome witha better story
