I think Trumps' trade wars were so disastrous for their global strategy, and now they probably have some goals tucked into some congressional bills that they don't want stalled due to more "witch hunts."
I read Charles Koch's book, he's a pretty old school free market, "by your bootstraps" conservative. I don't think they give a fuck about 2A, abortion, etc.
I was referring more to Haley's apparent desire to invade those parts of the Middle East that we have not yet gotten to.
