Too many pick ups and drop offs to manage?
Weekend sport, wife now working, not wanting to get stabbed on the bus. All decent reasons.

Second hand Subaru to collected on Monday

Only if you let me sleep on your race car bed.

Bought this over the weekend, not for me though.....
I got my wife some surf lessons and one week the conditions were crap so they went to a skate park and played around on these surf skate boards, said she loved it (better than her longboard). Curious to see how they ride

That thing is sick. I was tossing up getting an Evolve electric board but apparently, they don't do well in the wet. Bit of a dealbreaker.

The trucks are designed to move 'different' from a skateboard to give the feel of being on a surfboard - why they're crooked in the picture.....?

Had to re-stock the toner on the printer at work. Most boring $1,000 bucks I've spent in a long time.

I really should just stop printing entirely, but I just can't. I need paper in front of me, even if I end up scanning and shredding everything anyways.

But bloody hell - a grand! Crazy.

Toner costs $1000??? Do you have have one of those massive office printers that’s 4 feet tall?

Yep, the printer industry is a total scam. Get you sucked in with cheap pricing on the main units themselves then gouge you till you bleed with ludicrous costs for supplies for the rest of days.

There should be an inquiry.

Its a Brother MFC L8900. Its a home/small office multi function centre, but its one of the bigger ones. I have to restock the printer about once a year I'd say.

Nope, need a colour laser that scans. I've been through a lot of printers in my time and while I may complain about running costs, I am very happy that this one just continues to run. I also need a unit with a document feeder that can happily take a stack of 50 sheets to scan, and this does all that.

I probably shouldn't whinge about it so much.
