This was so much fun, id love to try to do it again, though i think its been about a year since i had a place to download music, so i know id have a tough time putting anything recen together.

We could easily do this via Spotify.
Appoint an administrator (I am happy to do this). Participants email the administrator with their tracklist and any other necessary information. Administrator creates and distributes the playlist links.

I'm fine with Spotify as an option, so long as it's not the only choice. Region conflicts could be an issue, as well as catalog limitations. I can think of a few songs of the top of my head that I might put into a mix that aren't on Spotify. But for those that prefer it, it's a great idea.

By no means should Spotify be the only option, I agree.
