All are great songs but cropduster is best.

I hated TMW also, but it grew on me. I love most of that album now, except LBC. I'll never like that song. I'm also not fond of Save You for some reason.

I overrated Save You when it came out because it was the first riff-based rocker they had done in what seemed like forever, and it had a guitar solo. I remember listening to them debut it on some horrible east coast rock radio show and being like, :bammer: .

Now I think it's kinda bland and boring and it sounds like Eddie's making up the lyrics and melody on the spot.

Yeah, Save You's no good.

Cropduster is great, Ghost is great, Get Right is great.

"Save You" is okay but the band seems to have an inflated sense of its significance to their catalog. Historically they've treated it as if a "Hail Hail" or a "Brain of J" -- position of prominence on the album, follow-up single release, nightly play in the 3 or 4 spot live. It's just not cut out to carry that kind of weight. Woulda been a solid "Lost Dog."

I love you when you are right

Don't get me wrong, I like "Save You," but I also get feeling like underneath all its rippin', it doesn't really have much going on. That's cool though. It does rip.

I think the immediacy of it all really resonates. The lyrics match the manic playing of the band. Its an emotional response to someone who is collapsing beside you. Its not something that is to be taken back home and contemplated.

Its an unhinged response to a loved one who is unhinged and falling apart.
