As much as I love Spielberg with all my heart, he’s very much in the wrong here. Seems like he’s being a stubborn luddite.

Spielberg is god. No denying that.

He’s annoyed about Netflix taking over because he owns everything outside it and they don’t need him.
Look up the IP rights debacle around ready player one.

He’s on a beachhead kind of alone.

The game is changing. Up to him to adapt or be quiet.
