Skitch is right though, the third album is easily the best. It's really really good.

their singer was really fun to watch live. I've never seen anyone open up their mouth as wide as this guy does. It's like watching a muppet.

Album 5 was a huge step down. Album 6 was unlistenable. I have no idea what they're doing today.

This singer's voice feels sort of unnecessarily affected. But I can get past that. Waits does unnecessary vocal things all the time. But this guy's voice feels affected and false. It's not soulless, really. Or a gimmick per se. But... it feels like an inside joke. But not a good inside joke. Like a Goo Goo Dolls inside joke.

It's totally over the top. They're like an alt/emo rock AC/DC

Also, of the five songs I've listened to today I think Thief the one I like the most.

That's a pretty good cross section of what they are. If you're not intrigued at this point I'd just walk away

I love OLP growing up. They were probably my first "favourite band" and I still love their first three albums. You guys are seriously underrating Naveed.
