Re: Pearl Jam Cancels Their NC Show

Are they sending these out to everyone who had tickets for NC or just the 10c members that bought tickets?
Welp. Now it will take longer to get mine. Thanks for announcing it, B.B wrote:Santos tells me you have to send a request to tickets@tenclub.net.
I don't want to complain before I have mine in hand, but it's a weird system. I have to imagine this works their staff much harder than if they'd just mailed stuff out to people w/ tickets. If they didn't have enough they could have done it randomly.cutuphalfdead wrote:Not as cool if you have to request them.
Hey guys, people were pretty bummed out about us cancelling that show in North Carolina, think we should send anything to the ticket holders as a way to say I'm sorry, and let them know we appreciate their loyalty?B wrote:I don't want to complain before I have mine in hand, but it's a weird system. Sorry, but this was on the Pit. If this stuff is limited, I couldn't just let those yahoos scarf up all the goods.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Welp. Now it will take longer to get mine. Thanks for announcing it, B.B wrote:Santos tells me you have to send a request to tickets@tenclub.net.
Of course, now that I have my stuff, I'll piss you off even more. The tickets and the bracelets came in the envelope with my name, 10C#, and barcode that would have been at will call for me. So, they've got all the tickets and bracelets just sitting there at Ten Club.cutuphalfdead wrote:Hey guys, people were pretty bummed out about us cancelling that show in North Carolina, think we should send anything to the ticket holders as a way to say I'm sorry, and let them know we appreciate their loyalty?B wrote:I don't want to complain before I have mine in hand, but it's a weird system. Yeah, that's a great idea, but only if they ask us to apologize first. And even then, only on an individual basis. I would't want to waste my time sending a goodwill package to a fan who isn't even mad at us.

literally or figuratively?@SkitchP wrote:They are so extremely tone deaf
They basically only cater to the sycophant "likes the band a little too much" crowd.@SkitchP wrote:They are so extremely tone deaf and fan unfriendly at this point.
If the band's primary understanding of their fanbase comes via what they're told by Tim Bierman, I'm not surprised.numbers wrote:They basically only cater to the sycophant "likes the band a little too much" crowd.@SkitchP wrote:They are so extremely tone deaf and fan unfriendly at this point.
