I actually really enjoy the first three tracks, WWS' chorus notwithstanding. I see Severed Hand and Marker as minor stumbles, before the album rebounds in a big way with Parachutes and Unemployable. After that, it's spotty, a mix of good (Army Reserve) and not so good (Gone, Inside Job).

Oh man. Yeah, I really like Gone too. But I think I'm might be the only one. And I'm okay with that.

Gone is great, Unemployable is one of my favorite pearl jam songs at this point. I actually like every song from S/T, except Comatose, but it still has grown a lot on me.
