I'm not saying it was necessarily motivated by a need to "squash somebody's joy" but at a certain point it does feel like... alright... you've said your piece... move on, eh?

I've never understood that argument, considering everyone else was posting in the thread for months as well. My opinion being negative means I shouldn't post?

You weren't even really talking about the movie. Somebody would make a post about rewatching it and enjoying it and you'd say "oh my god just delete this thread already" or "I can't wait for all of us to finally be dead" or some shit like that.

Watching Valerian. This is what Star Wars should be doing. It's almost embarrassing how good this is in creature and culture design and just storytelling. Lucasfilm need to rip this for the han movie or future standalones.

Simple stuff. Creature design. Setting. Story pacing. Likeable relatable characters. This is Star Wars just with different names being used. But it's exactly what I'd love to see the han movie do or another standalone with new characters.

If we all agreed on everything, RM would be a pretty boring place.
