Grievance on Letterman before the Binaural release was mind-blowing.
It was! But then we got that neutered studio version...
I love the studio version, but that Leatherman performance was awesome, i just watched it again
Wait. Letterman is Leatherman?
According to my tablet he is

Although Ed couldn't curse, the Save You performance on Letterman was rockin', too.

It's on YouTube (or at least it was about six months ago). And yes, it's good.

Grievance on Letterman was a flawed performance, I wasn't very excited about it but I did manage to convince myself the studio version would be much better. :haha:

On second thought......good songs also sound good live, guys.

Grievance flawed? WTF?

I can't find any flaws in either Letterman performance. They're on fire on both. Having said that, the LB performance was shoddy regardless of the studio version, and a Letterman performance of the same song with much improved sound quality would probably vastly improve it.

The letterman grievance is kinda lacklustre ive always felt, but then again so is the studio version.

that's such a good grievance. It's really the only one of the live TV performances I can say I really love

you know, come to think of it I may prefer that grievance to the studio version. But I also admit that I fully expected the studio version to improve on it

That takes me back. I distinctly remember staying up just to watch it, then watched the VHS recording over and over for several weeks after that. I still have the tape somewhere.
