I bought $35 worth of Gu at the running store yesterday. One of them is hop flavored (0% ABV).

I know I'm not very good, but I wish I could make money running somehow. Shouldn't I be paid a percentage of the money that would be billed for heart disease or diabetes treatment in the form of a yearly salary?

That's pretty good bro. I did 5m in 40 min. I felt a bit better today but not by much. Had a Chipotle burrito for dinner so I should be ready to spin tomorrow.

dang now i'm hungry...was that running the whole time? i still can't run far at one time, but i tried to stagger my intervals so that i could keep the same walking pace the whole time

Yeah I don't stop unless something extreme happens to me like getting overheated on a summer day. Intervals are fine though. They're what you need right now. Pretty soon it'll be natural, like riding a bike. From there you just build your base.

yep that's the plan

how fast can you run just one mile? knowing that's all you're going to run

Start a running podcast. Get sponsored. Get paid. Most of the top running pods are hosted by people who barely run.

I did not try the hop Gu. Too risky on a hot day.

I subscribe to worse podcasts than that.

Rodman used to run on the treadmill for an hour after games. I guess maybe there is a connection there.
