Why didn't any other bands/artists play PJ songs at PJ's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction?

Because they played their own songs.

From what I've seen at these events, other artists only perform the inductee's music if the inductee isn't performing for some reason

A certain combination of Gigaton and DM (+Get It Back) could be my favorite Pearl Jam album, or at least 2nd favorite.
