this was constantly surprising me with what it did and who they did it with. I mean, David Byrne just showed up dressed as Elsa. what the heck.
A patient Tony! holy shit this show is wild.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

First two eps were solid. Haven't watched the rest yet.
Yeah I watched the first two as well. Surprised at where it seemed to be headed, with her son (a real shit) and the other kid. Nice complex emotions in this, though.
E4 is kind of tough. Everyone is really lost and afraid to be vulnerable.
I'm so excited to dive back in to this. Now that I'm caught up on so many other things it should be easy. Hopefully this week I can finish up.

Did anyone watch Miracle Workers on TBS? The show was a hoot with only a few bits that didn't hit for me. Saw a thing in front of Star Wars for a new series on TBS and they kept showing characters from MW and I was confused because it was clearly a medieval show but Miracle Workers was...not. Then they showed the title of the show and it's Miracle Workers: Dark Ages and I was like holy crap it's like American Horror Story but funny.
It's only seven episodes long, and those are half-hours anyway.
The first season follows "Craig, a low-level angel responsible for handling all of humanity's prayers, and Eliza, a recent transfer from the Department of Dirt. Their boss, God, pretty much has checked out to focus on his favorite hobbies. To prevent Earth's destruction, Craig, along with Eliza, must achieve their most impossible miracle to date."

Finished S4 of Schitt's Creek.
This has become one of my favorite shows.

Still doing my Fringe re-watch, it's funny how the first season is really not that good until the finale. Then you have about 10-11 somewhat OK episodes which included a never aired episode from season 1 right after episode 10 which is just weird. Once you get to episode 15 titled Jacksonville and episode 16 title Peter which is all about Walter's son. The show just becomes great. No network would allow a show to go through 30 some odd episodes to finally find it's grove nowadays.

there are plenty of groves in Jacksonville so I'm sure one was fairly easy to find.

Also I need to start that back up too; I never got to watch the final season.

Yet to dive into this one but it's on my list for 2020. How graphic is it?

not very graphic at all. Perhaps 1 or two scenes that are campy but its not a violent show by any means.

I don't like what you're implying here, Guy.

Seemed more like a "hanging out" type of vibe. Didn't like it as much as season two, but it was still enjoyable.

The actor playing him has always seemed like an actor playing a part. It's hard for me to get past that. It was probably the best job he's done with it though.
