Basically, it sounds like Goggins hurt his knee but doesn't want your fucking sympathy.

I also did 10km tonight out of respect for you and the squad even though you talked like an idiot today.

Easy half marathon tomorrow, then tapering for the 50k next weekend. I'm not really trained for it, but oh well. Decided to run 10 5k laps around a local trail instead of one big loop. That way I can come back to my car as much as I need to and not have to carry as much. Only thing I'll have to worry about is off-leash dogs, deer crossing the trails, and wasps.

I pray the entire squad just never stops running and always continue to push themselves and push up our collective kms

I wish that we would all adopt one tenant.

I think that there should never be a reason someone should not run.

You should always run and you should always tell everyone in the squad the same thing.

Now before someone get's pedantic with me I want you to all understand exactly what I mean.

Does everyone know Goggins 40% rule?

The rule is that when you think you are completely at your limit and completely tapped you are probably about at 40% of your capacity.

Go out there and find the actual limit.

One other thing. There are lot's of misunderstood dudes in the running squad but I have never seen these posters the way the majority of people do. There are plenty of detestable people on rm. R2D and verb can be a fucking nuisance but I believe deep down they are good people. And I am basically a misanthrope so...

It's all about the Ugh and how it feels to conquer it. Without, it's pointless.

Strava moved their route builder behind a pay wall. Fucking hell. That was the only app with the trails behind my house.

It doesn't show my matched routes anymore either. So annoying.
