Based on Reid and Strat’s recommendations, I’ll be giving The Outsider a look.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Just stick with it past 2. Season 2 is kind of a slow burn and a little different, but 3 and 4 make up for it.tragabigzanda wrote:Mr. Robot season 1. I know we have a thread dedicated to this show, but I'm avoiding it because I don't want to be spoiled...
Holy cow, this show is awesome. Mahlek is amazing. The writing is way better than anything on non-premium cable TV, which is surprising because I think it's a USA show?
Ep 6, in whichwas a doozy. I thought, "How are they gonna top that?"
- Spoiler: show
Then the next episode blew it out of the water with much quieter moments of character development:
This show is awesome. I'm all in.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Oh yeah. I was a bit disappointed for parts of it, especially since it was so reenactment-heavy, and i thought it was moving so fast, but then they got to the video of that moron who was trying to convince them he won. His story was so, so bad, I almost felt bad for him. And then that guy on the beach steals the check. Just great.E.H. Ruddock wrote:McMillion$ is great so far
I have a vague memory of one of the million-dollar prizes being given anonymously to a children's hospital, and I hope they address that at some point. I assume that was one of the perpetrators who felt bad about the enterprise, or trying to throw the fuzz off the scent.
