There's one more option that I don't see anyone talking about but that option has a lot of traction when you look at JJ's history... and that's parallel dimensions and/or mirror characters.

Are you saying that Rey is in purgatory?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Well, if you remember JJ talked about how the show bible was abandoned wheb Cuse came on board around ep 8/9 of S1 (and JJ was kinda bummed and upset that they changed shit and he didn't know about it... I think he wanted what he'd originally laid out). The common thought at the time (based on "leaks" and other rumors) was that the show was going to introduce "mirrors" or "doubles." One "leaked" scene had Jack meeting himself in the woods.

Then, when that didn't happen, when Cuse jettisoned that idea, JJ used it on Fringe. So... there is significant precedent for this kind of thing with him. It's an idea he's liked and used (or wanted to use) a lot. Star Trek is another example.

Don't do it dime. Politics is what gets you banned from here.

That’s neither true nor accurate.

I repeated a certain posters toxic malignant schtick back at him. One he constantly got away with yet when played back to him he pulled for a ban.

He’s gone now. Thankfully. Vanquished.

Funny part is someone here we obviously know posted my schtick on the pit. As fact.
My phone hasn’t stopped with people texting asking for nonexistent details.
I said clearly back in May the band was finished I heard it from the horses mouth yet that didn’t land at all.

People are dumb I guess
