The local Wuhan government and Huabei province certainly didn’t act quick enough. The Chinese government also didn’t react quickly enough. But when we saw pictures in January and early February of buildings being welded shut, people being dragged from their homes, bodies in the street, at that point governments around the world didn’t act quickly enough.

This is not just on China. Your government is to blame. My country’s government is to blame too.

The idea of something ropelike around trump's neck is oddly soothing.

I ventured out for some take away Thai for the first time in 2 months. I was shocked at how many people are out. However not shocked at the type of people out. Bogans with neck and face tattoos loving that the world was theirs. Fucking bogans.

This is not just on China. Your government is to blame. My country’s government is to blame too.

None of the China talk resonates with me right now. Once the dust settles and this is over, fine. But China has neighboring countries that have fared pretty damn well, while the US & some in Western Europe have not. China isn't responsible for the responses of other countries. China isn't responsible for some countries watching it unfold and believing it wouldn't happen to them. The US in particular is suffering from having a government led by people who hate government, at the time we need it most.

i hope they pick me
