I think I’ll do Cincinnati chili tonight. Mrs Wease and the Weasesling won’t be here for supper and it’s been quite a while since I’ve had it.

Not at all. The thing to remember with it is that it’s not really a chili like we’re used to. It’s more a pasta sauce. It’s a nice change of pace.
