You want the humidity to be up. Hottie will be in shorts with the possibility of lots of exposed skin above the waistline. All glistening with sweat.
she's holiness so she'll be wearing a long dri-fit skirt

Went pretty well. 5 miles at a ten minute pace (which is pretty slow even for me, but there are a lot of factors to that; not least of which was trying to run with a mask on in 90% humidity).

But the leg felt good the entire run land still feels fine. Hopefully, I'm over whatever that injury was and I can get back to my regular routine.

a storm was approaching, but i was able to get two miles in....ran the first half mile without stopping, which is a first, though it wasn't a very moderate pace...did the first mile in around 10:50 and the second around 11:50, so not too bad for me

Good job bro. The progress is there. It just happens slowly. Like a boner after a long night of drinking.

I did 4.14 m in the heat today after hitting the track for 5 last night

Humidity was 60% today so not too bad. There are only two seasons now in Illinois: summer and winter. Seems like there is zero in between anymore.

Did some cross-training/weight lifting yesterday but was back out today for another run. Did another 5 miles. Shaved about 10 secs off my average mile pace on Tuesday. Knees/legs feel great. No discomfort. Feels SO fucking good to be back out there even if the heat/humidity is stupid and mask-running isn't fun. Still...
