Started running last week. Three runs in and just did 10k in just under an hour. Pretty happy with that. My whole run is on the ocean, so flat and scenic.
Bought some Brooks Ghost at the end of the run. Hopefully a little easier on my knees next run.

Got nearly 11k done yesterday. Four runs in and each has been longer and a bit faster. I can see that ending very quickly. I want to settle into the 11k run two or three times a week with biking and hiking to be active everyday. Very surprised at how quick the running has come back as it had been at least nine months since I had run previously.

You bike a lot though. I've been impressed by how your initial runs have progressed. Keep it up!

Dead beat at the moment. Back from 12.4k run, my longest this year. My legs were still sore from a hard 15 km hike two days ago and a 17 km walk and blood donation yesterday. Wanted to quit with 3 km to go. Glad I didn’t and now enjoying that post run feeling of relaxation with a drink in the sun.
You guys are an inspiration. Thank you.

Had a little extra spice on the treadmill tonight. Thought it was a good sign.

Is Strava right? Did you just do 23.15km in 1hour, 20 minutes?

That was a bike ride today. I'd need another half hour or so to run that distance.
